Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

You will never be hungry working there.

Dislikes

Too much work politics especially in the production. The seniors there adjust their juniors shift timings and holidays according to their preferences and needs. If they need holidays then you will have to sacrifice yours. No professionality. If you have been assigned any work then doesn't matter whether it gets completed during yourshift hours you have to do it even after that and you won't even get overtime payment for extra hours. Then management needs to understand that the juniors are also employees. Seniors just do whatever they want to do. Worst place to work, disrespectful work culture managers talk with abusive language admin was terrible md was ignorant zero polices for staff and I been there for like two years and I didn't see any basic management things like roaster now you can imagine what is the condition here.
