Management have not clearlity about functional and cultural team management. required only people when they have urgency. after they will through out from company without any reason. Please be prepared when you join there.

I like the company guidance and ASM Support for Market work.and recently company started different types of schemes so that's very helpful for

Salary is very less as post of sales officer and yearly increment is not as much as required

Salary on time and company is very good.

No promotion no increment no growth like post wise also and salary wise also no DA no TA for salesman. Company thinking only distributor for support them like rent and incentives but for salesman DA no incentives plan permanently that is the main problem

In Gopal namkeen you'll get an opportunity to learn new skills, In case of field sale you'll get knowledge about new areas, ideas related to business expansion.

Very disappointed salary structure, doesn't care much about its employees,

Each department have great team-work and also inter-department relations are good. All the Board members and Head of Departments are very supportive, understanding and do not put work pressure on their subordinates.

Dislikes

There is no work life Balance and proper salary bar, at least for Sales staff.
