No Job safety - Director can throw you out anytime 4). They will make good talks in your interview but will not support you while you actually work in the company 5). There are plenty of employees who are relatives of the Director and will not spread fake about you behind your back, KAAM SE ZYADA CHAMFHAGIRI .....BHOT HAI... 6). You have to praise your boss (Boss ko KHUS kro - Unke talve chato, ya chamcha giri kro) if you have to grow in the company or make good increment 7). They can change their rules anytime but you have to follow strict rules. 8). No proper Higiene even it is a food making FMCG
