There is nothing to like about Gopaisa. The only one thing is good that the employees behaviour, they are friendly and helpful.

...y follow the hire and fire policy, don't approve the leaves, nobody likes them..owner do the back bitching, they manipulate the employees, deduct the salary and don't provide any benefits. They nither do the fnf nor share the experience letter. This is worst company and owners I have ever seen in my career.

It's a bad corporation and also very chindi. If you work with honesty, the company will manipulate you and ask you to labour continuously for 12 hours after your shift is over. The worst leadership and organization I have ever worked with. There is no recognition for your efforts, too much politics, and toxic work environment.

Dislikes

No cafeteria, no cab, far from metro, toxic work environment, salary never credited on time, bad employee policies.

Everything... Bus ye maan lo... Entry aasan hai... Exit nhi... Rula denge... Haath pair jodne padenge.. Or work culture to pucho hi nhi... Policy.. Leaves.. Transportation.. Trips, employees satisfaction, insurance, increment everything is fu***.

Nothing at all. Crowded spaces, terrible working conditions. unrealistic expectation from employees with min to no resources

everything. they offer such a terrible workplace. worked there for 8 months and that was the worst time of my life
