...nd all). The leaves they offer are just a number to lure applicants to join GOC. GOC may look awesome as it's under Alphabet Inc and the salary may be good for some who were given high salary, but it's still your choice.

The Google Operations Center as genral has a ability to provide better working exprince to employees when compared with any other organisations. It does provide you with some Good meals and benefits for personal growth which one could claim reimbursements for.

... 'maybe' get hike one day or better role or better IJPs would role out some day. You might get good salary package at the start however you won't get often hikes. People get layed off before they can complete their 5 years for you know!!!!!!

GOC is a great place to work as the perks they provide is a great culmination of excellent pay (best in the industry), a top notch health benefits, much better leave policy than most companies, free food, transport, plenty of opportunities for career growth and most importantly the job security which is very important these days.
