The quality of Google Cloud and people working here is really high. Benefits and perks are good.

Dislikes

Career Growth and Compensation are okay. Being top organization, compensation is not top quality. A lot of management doesn't know if the product is actually needed in the organization. Management in Google Cloud is quite sluggish.

Since it is a cloud based software and it is a foreign company sometimes some people feel like if we sync our data on their platform then they may sell it or use it in some other way for their monetary benefit. This trust factor is lagging on this software since it is not fully under Indian Law Jurisdiction 2.

Work is good learner new technologies

Dislikes

Shift timings are very bad. And if anyone is having health issues also they don't provide alternative shift timings for this project. Timings should be flexible and if not atleast it should be rotational shifts and not a permanent night shift one.
