I am happy with Goodwill, managers are encouraged and colleagues are supporting each other. Work-life balance is not bad. Employees re hiring policy and nature of work completion is dialy basis for my team. There is two shift timing are here, but girls are allowed for work in morning shift only. Goodwill has more than 75 branch office, I was worked in Head office, so I have faced various queries and people , it's more interesting. Head office has many departments, but we are in friendly relationship.

Dislikes

I dislike with my salary, performance appraisal policy also not satisfied. There is 8:30 hours working including lunch break- half hour, nature of our work is to be done by EOD So our working hours increased based on the work.Sometimes 9,10,11,12 hours it's not comfortable. If work is less working doesn't decreased we have to work 8:30 hours. Now a days work pressure also increased day by day.

I was delighted in working with GOODWILL wealth management. In GOODWILL , we can learn new things, have job security, recognition etc etc. Especially Goodwill save employees in the Corona pandemic system situation. They itself provide laptop and they saved a lot in that pandemic situation mostly 1 year. And normal situation also HR peoples will coordinate with departments that do not cut LOP which they recognising employees wealth. Goodwill wealth management is employee wealth growing with their achievement of goals.

I WONT SAY GOODWILL dislike because they already Satisfying employee needs.

There is no job security especially lot of politics goes on without concentrating on work. being a part of bhubaneswar online branch it was a terrible experience. i never thought this kind of culture exist in any company. Especially the bbsr online branch is the worst one. i dont have idea about any other branches of goodwill to be very honest. I can confidently say all the employees who joined this branch has suffered a lot due to lot of politics and the journey in goodwill made our career spoiled.

i advice everyone to not to join bhubaneswar goodwill online branch .it will simply ruin you career

Worst management, not supportive,favouring to their favourites..

No support for employees either in a form of incentive nor any new initiative... Worst the regional manager, Bharath Shetty , who does lot of politics.
