The company was good till 2020. But become worst when Mr. Bhatt hired Pratap Chandra Das. The country head is not aware of employees and employees run only on buttering which includes Ashish Choudhary, Shradha Kumari, Pradeep Kumar Raghav. Theses people don't have experience and knowledge of their own field rather they just know buttering and politics.

Everything is worst. No PF, no job security, no knowledge how appraisal is done.

Good Weave International is good but Good Weave India not good for job. They give much more pressure and some staff behavior also very bad. HR behavior is good no doubt. And your job is not secure in good Weave India

Work culture. It is 0 talent and all about buttering. Non deserving people are working for many years. Derserving can't starly long here. No alignment of policies with law.

Proper Job Security, Very Good working culture, Management is also very supportive and very good organization policies or we can say employee-friendly policies, Organization has not to the deducted salary of any employee during the covid -19 pandemic and no staff fired in that period.
