Hard-hearted arrogant promoter. Prefers to be addressed as 'Boss'. Middle management is a bunch of bootlickers who in the presence of 'Boss' act as LKG kids and as dictators in 'Boss's absence.

...oodrich, every other person is relaxed and welcoming , the culture is very good. The salary would come on time, the company ensures time to time gifts during festivals, good HR policies & support. All in all an excellent company. On one of the occasions when I needed support from HR & management for extended leaves for my parent's treatment, they went out of their ways to support me & allowed me to work from a different city back in 2018, this left a lasting impression on me about the company. Unfortunately I couldn't continue working as I had to look after my parent's treatment but I can vouch that this is one of the best companies I have worked till on date.

I had a short stint of 1.3 years and honestly didn't find anything to dislike.

One of the best companies i have worked with in terms of Salary & Settlement's. The company is at its Best class at its business & Employee satisfaction in Job... Different of Opinion's will be available based on the Work location Branch, Overall its a Good Company.

Dislikes

Only one thing which i was not comfortable was the Office politics within the company, There will be a very Good support for you from the management, but the branch you are working will not show the same care as the management shows. Tough Experience.

This is not specific to my company.. any large mnc will have this problem of multiple layers of approvals… rigid org structure… it helps the organisation in long term however when you need dynamic approach it takes time
