People here from Goodrich especially from Administration department Mr.Parag Someshwar Raut doesn't know how to manage his own department, skill development is really low, has many issues with all the employee doesn't keep any relation with any of the employee', Does not know how to keep employee relations and even with x employee of this company, lacks in his leadership and plays very dirty politics around the employee. HR team when it's time comes to FnF there just delayed in response and be rude with the employee. HR team lacks employee relations there are like just want to be in their own world and there only run the company as if there are the owners of the company. Worst company to work with. It was a nightmare where the working hours was never ending which extended to 2 am to 3 am and we were expected to come back again on time. The CEO was cruel and too much micromanaging. Unstable environment with no job security. No one can last more than 6 months. If they are there that means they have noself respect.
