Everything , I was in total peace of mind in Goodrich, every other person is relaxed and welcoming , the culture is very good. The salary would come on time, the company ensures time to time gifts during festivals, good HR policies & support. All in all an excellent company. On one of the occasions when I needed support from HR & management for extended leaves for my parent's treatment, they went out of their ways to support me & allowed me to work from a different city back in 2018, this left a lasting impression on me about the company.
