Everything , I was in total peace of mind in Goodrich, every other person is relaxed and welcoming , the culture is very good. The salary would come on time, the company ensures time to time gifts during festivals, good HR policies & support. All in all an excellent company. On one of the occasions when I needed support from HR & management for extended leaves for my parent's treatment, they went out of their ways to support me & allowed me to work from a different city back in 2018, this left a lasting impression on me about the company. Unfortunately I couldn't continue working as I had to look after my parent's treatment but I can vouch that this is one of the best companies I have worked till on date....Read More

It's Good company but there is no growth to your professional career. You can easily get appraisal benefit of 5-10% every year. there is good job security if you do correctly.
