My Experience was not so good. Here work load is more than what you described you in interview and also too low Salary package. Infact, every year they cut half salary of their employees due to his plant maintenance. So it's very bad company of Karnal. I don't recommend to anyone to join this company.

Need to park outside gate without any shelters. Strict work timings. Only 10 mins. of total late punch is allowed in a month. Above that half-day leave / pay is deducted.

Overall a very average place to survive.

Dislikes

The mgmt should rather give actions to the plans for employees rather than just thinking about them. To stand out in the market, they have to do pull out something good so atmosphere inside the organization status healthy.
