Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes we have to work 18-20 hours continue in a day. Sometimes suggestions are not acceptable by management. Some seniors missguide to fresher as they goes out of their work.

If you Have any back support then you will be grow there and got a handsome salary if you don't have any skills and have a good jack than you will get handsome salary also otherwise other working employees have no value there.

Company culture very bad and senior staff is very bad not supported their juniors. And big thing is that there is big politics in the company

Everyone sales person is want salary and expenses is received on time, And in this company give this on time. Senior manager and GM sir is very cooperative.

I dislikes only issue in application .I travel more but in application showing less, but my senior is good and he is make expenses by hand , not according to Application

Everything except some products. Management will never support, just ask much much sell every month without any support. Even they could ask you to leave at anytime if you’re not their close one.
