Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The best thing working here is they never pressurise you for any task , and team members are very helpful if we stuck in something they lend hand for the help. The work culture of of the company is very good everyone is friendly here, even my boss is very nice and be like friends , this is my second organization in IT field and I'm glad that I've become a part of this company I've improved my skills here and learnt new techs as well

Honestly there is nothing much to dislike this company, but yeah nothing is perfect so there are some things that as a employee you might not like , like no paid leaves , 6 days working
