As the company is a startup, one has to manage multiple tasks interfere in different departments, this exposes one to a lot of information & any executive at the company has a deep learning curve. It's a place to learn & lead, take charge & grow yourself & your team.

Dislikes

Everything except the learning curve. Anything that can go wrong will go wrong here or has gone wrong. There are not company policies as such, since it's a start-up there's a lot of power struggle within teams. Inexperienced low-paid executives playing games with the boss man to get talented experienced highly paid executives out. As a company, there's no clear direction that they want to go in. The plans keep changing according to the wind. You get a lot of learning but you will not be able to execute it cuz of the lack of direction, roadmap & goals planning.
