No job security, management are culprit they don't think about teacher career they always depends upon their school income,no proper staffroom and rest room for teachers,not having enough class room,library and extracurricular activities for the students. They are spoiling our future citizens

Dislikes

Continuous lecture is allotted to the teachers, no free period for the teachers, no staffroom and no rest room and there is only one ladies toilet for both teachers and students. Lots of work pressure and after school leaving time daily they keep unnecessary meeting and in the meeting no proper points and guidance will be discussed it's simply waste the teachers time.

Likes

totally very poor, no secure, no any kind of facilities, thrash behavior as to slave, cultureless approach, policies are not according to human being, managements are not supportive.

Dislikes

This is not a defame the people. a truth is disclosed, Is it a fair "not giving salary during the pandemic situation of COVID19, which is hired by me, teammates are very cooperative, poor career growth, even salary is not given, contribution of EPF is updated

It is a good place for beginers to understand work culture, develope their professional skills and enhance their teaching skills.

Dislikes

Job security is lesser or contractual which is not good for those who are looking for long term commitments.
