We don't get time for our self. Work load because the Teaching job Itself is that way and management doesn't work think abt us students are main ... Can't take CL for any important work only foe health issue we can take leave no maternity leave I got there I felt very bad for that no secure for teachers to take any loan for emargency

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
