...iroment and culture. Teammates are suooortive and the management is transparent.company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics .There is a bond of 2 years before which we cant resign.

Likes

Salary was so poor,but work satisfaction is good with students and second Saturday leave not there.some reason is there for poor rating

Good communication and less remuneration and lack of facility.but with students its good

...even feel qualified to teach or do duty with. Overall job satisfacton was so so. The benefits and salary package was very good for an expat. For a family, or family with little ones- go someplace else. They will separate the kids from the family and force the kids to live in a large, crowded hostel. Not worth the package, great for freshers and single people. Worked here in junior campus for four years.

Dislikes

Long hours, sometimes into the night. Non teaching related duties where ever shortage was there. Six days a week, sometimes 8-10 hours a day. Not young or family friendly at all. For singles, and Christians, and freshers, an awesome opportunity. If you are from Kerala, or Tamil Nadu. most likely you will get a job. Isn't that called region discrimination?

Likes

The School is open to innovation and encourages digitalis ed technology. The colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is slightly disturbed because of being engaged with lot of work load.

Likes

Good place to work and to explore my ability , to make use of my self confidence that I could take do many role models being at a same place yet was exploring my own potential and learnt to utilize in a better way.

Dislikes

Out side people interferance is more who are not connected with the administrator decision and still interface the day to day work of institutions and it always bad effect and bad influence of the working ability of a school or firm.
