...ishing school have very poor politics inside, which if someone can survive with. It will help them to get a good package. But no personal life at all, despite they dont tell about the complete 14 hours working profile, that seems very unprofessional.

Just the weather in ooty . As there was no proper schedule for a teacher and made to do several other classes even on Sunday's, Independence Day, Republic Day (the board outside said holiday)- it's hard to say anything good.

Dislikes

The Dean was horrible. She never gave enough class for required subjects in timetable but she always gave extra classes so that a teacher can't have prep time or even research time. The secretary never issued a red ink pen, and given a residential school teachers werent allowed to go out except in exit days which was basically few allowed hours only (be back by 5pm, showing care that all will be kidnapped by ooty tourists)
