The company culture was so good when I was working there. They changed their work policies on December 2022. I used to love the people and the company. Had a great time there. By the end of november 2022 they changed many work policies eventhough the practices there had no change. May be due to the company's expansion to Europe. Change is inevitable I think... but used to have great time there.

Dislikes

Toll gate of 98% quality and production of 480 minutes. Its achievable but sone of there work flow have problems like.... when u are doing a full verification and a partial verification.

The management is really supportive, they motivate you really well to excel in your career and are pretty good paymasters too.

Dislikes

There used to be some in the lower management who made life pretty miserable for juniors. This was the reason I left the company though I really enjoyed my work.
