... and not diligent in their work. The grapevine is stronger than the management. The employee's are only concerned with their salary and least bothered about the progress or future of the company. The workforce is uncouth and is very good at passing the buck. There are just seven people, including myself who are genuine professionals who have proper work ethics and the will to drive the organization forward.
