Dislikes

No count of dislikes, I would only talk about vp tech and manager Main Issues: 1. Poor Behavior: He often encourages conflict among team members instead of teamwork. He simple asks people to fight with each other. 2. Unprofessional Attitude: He speaks to people in a disrespectful way, treating them as if they are just labor instead of valued team members. 3. No Work-Life Balance: He expects everyone to work late nights and weekends, saying it's just a part of growing in your career. This shows he doesn't care about work-life balance. Consider this point very seriously. Take note if any body joins and you got a timeline of 10 days your weekend and your leaves are also included in timeline. Also expect calls at night as well and if do not answer it, you are not working good. 4. Lack of Support: He only supports you theoretically, and in that help discussion even he will blame you most of the time. 5. Low Morale: His approach has made many people unhappy, and the team spirit is very low. 6. Questionable Values: Despite his education, he lacks basic respect and empathy for his team. 7. Useless Information: When he does communicate, it often consists of irrelevant or unhelpful information that doesn’t aid in our work. Note : It’s hard to understand why management overlooks these issues when not a single person in the tech team is satisfied. Many team members are considering leaving because of his style, and it’s crucial for the company to address this to create a healthier work environment.

1. For freshers after 1 or 2 years experience in thriwe u are not having to learn new things. 2. flexible time kehne k liye h lekin kam tumhe rato ko b krna h din me to h hi offic, manager feels u r not an employee, u r a servant who is available everytime every where even on Saturday & Sunday. 3. Shenanigans(b_kc__d) developers k aage kam krne vala polite employee k kam ko ghnta b appreciate ni kiya jata 4. No salary management between experience & fresher. Sehlane vale employees ko salary hike b acha milta h aur appreciation b. 5. Salary time pr ati h lekin bahut si bar HR k drame or timing puri krne k chkkr me cut b jati h, banda mahine me 3-4 ghnte isi kam k liye nikale kahi salary to ni cut rhi koi chhutti to ni cut rhi 6. Purane features and project ko revamp krke new language pr likh kr bola jata h k Naya bna diya - Naya bna diya, management b pta ni kya bhang khaye betha h dikhta hi ni kuch. 7. Sometime u feel ur meeting is for appraisal but u get fire letter - no job security 8. Clear partiality between employees in tech 9. Technology manager feels he is having all the knowledge, full egoistic, full faltu gyani baba and he is not listening u, even u r ryt. 10. Main manager change hota rehta h aur jo manager ata h veh apne bande le ata h chahe unko kuch na ata ho, upr se uski nazar me sirf uske bande shi kam kr rhe hote h aur baki sb kam krne thodi ate h offic me. 11. Sbse ultimate chize - screw driver engineer and manual tester are doing coding aur manager k nazro me veh best developers h aur jinko experience h unko kuch na ata.

...dge but makes himself look special by talking big. He hasn't a leadership skill. The one who licks him, his appraisal and bonus is given. The one who focused on work the whole time and said the right thing was thrown out of the company at the time of appraisal. If you are looking for Technology team then first connect with recent left after July'2022 employees from thriwe.

While the company culture is strong, it would be more appreciated if the company were more flexible in terms of work location. Having the option to work from home occasionally would be a valuable benefit. Due to the nature of business, some processes maybe time consuming or complex
