The Management as a whole is a big disappointment. No fixed hierarchy; no discussion on appraisal cycles; no scope of growth unless you have very close relations with your managers (chamchagiri); management decides your appraisal based on your bonding with the managers; Researchers are god for them and other teams are just good for nothing; no appreciation or recognition of your work; zero work life balance; the more you work hard, the more they will disrespect and deceive you; they force you to work like a machine and do not treat you like humans; the HR is never reachable and will never hear to your grievances let away solving them. In short this company is a living hell.
