I feel like management is not that good here and they do not even listen to their employee and salary is too low.

I don't recommend this shit company to join.They won't pay the salary when they don't have project assignement for you.You will experience zero percent job security right from the day 1.Whoever having families and dependencies don't join this company.Always keep this as last choice

No work life balance Pressure starts from the 1st week itself Highly dependent on oem for the leads. No notice period. HR will call you to say today is your last day F&F comes after 120 days

Working Experience is very good,we can learn new Technologies,Certification.Good Opportunity on working in this company. Freshers can get good knowledge for deploying in different locations and different Client.

Worst company culture Horrible HR policies , if you resign Hr will not pick your calls , Fnf is not processed in 6months HR will not reply your emails also. No job security. Attrition is high because of that. Illiterate team Would not recommend to join.
