My h.o.d was very helpful and supportive and that's the only thing I liked.

Dislikes

Everything. There is no promotion, no work satisfaction. After working for 3years, every employee was given a salary hike minimum of Rs. 300 and maximum of Rs. 1000. The CEO was a adamant and rude. This company only wants to get the job done providing minimum salary that is possible.

Everything... 1. There is no coordination between all the departments 2. One person heading all the departments. 3. Neither dealer orinted nor employee oriented 4. Always late to the party...totally lack of mission and vision. 5. No specific policy regarding market competition. Business is only going on only because of the ground level sales people relation with the dealers. 6. Company can hire any one and also can fire or transfer within one months because of cheap nasty politician new comers. 7. Rewards always go to those whose contributions to the sale is zero . After giving so much effort using all the personal resources sales team got the lowest hike and tech support team got the highest increment because of their low contribution. Kudos to the reviewer. 8. Showing a offer letter from competitors is highly beneficial. 9. Those who are working long here either they have some personal benefit direct from the boss or there is something fishy....... 9. There should be atleast some policy to hire senior people ...some people got hired only because of one person's personal relationship from senior management but they are not aware that he is the main reason for destruction of the brand image few years back. Even that person don't have specific market information or knowledge or upto the industry standard. 10. If you want to get hike you should come here but work wise here everything is pathetic. Top level manager make parades here. Every year dealer got the opportunity to see new face. The list will go on.......but stopped here...;-)

...nd fooding and no Hr policy.When u enter in this company just feels like a hell.If u resign from this company then they hold your salary.Now Mines department.The Hod of this dept is completely a bogus and nonsence person.Dont know the working culture.His behaviour is very bad to everyone.Always looting the company and engages in very illigal activities.This person completely ruined the company.Thus the company transforms Goldstone to Gareebstone.The job duration is max.3 months.If u oil the hod then you can stay more 5 to 6 months.After 2 months the Hod of the mines started tourtchered and always using slang.Bcz he himself a nontechnical fellow.So kindly dont join technical people.Pls dont join Mining persons bcz the company has no mining lease and they didnt get .So kindly dont join and dont spoil your career.

Good place to work, decent salary is being provided. Job security is definitely there. No company guarantees you of career growth unless you yourself is willing to grow, so as with Goldstone, if you know how to tackle problems, you will get a growth here as well. Good manpower management, snacks and beverages are provided by the company without failure. No such remarkable internal politics. Overall a good experience. Would like to continue with them for a long run.
