Organization is very good with management supportive. Empowered with no strings on opportunities for learning. How you take is what you get

The employee is not treated as employee of the company. Management is only concern of the output from employee there is employee engagement program and growth vision for employee. There is direct involvement of senior director in all small activity. They don't want to keep employee happy. There is no celebration at all for any festival.

No proper planning, Directors are fools, don't have knowledge, lost business of Hyundai motor, the worst German MNC in india, No facilities, food and transport has to taken by your own.
