The company employees around 4,600 employees worldwide in 14 production plants and 4 TechCenters 2 in Europe, 1 in China, 1 in India. The 2 companies first came together with a Technical License, which shortly developed into an Equity participation in a JV to further the joint goals of serving the Indian Automotive Industry with Body Sealing Profiles using German Technology. Since then the company has grown to have 4 production sites with 9 Extrusion Lines, in Mumbai, Daman, Ahmedabad, Chennai and 1 Design and Development Tech Center in Ahmedabad.
