Company at still initial level. No as such HR is there only admin deptt to manage leaves n attendance etc. No employees benefits like PF n medical everything. If u want such bemefit u have to manage within ur CTC.

Employee benefits such as PF ( govt statutory only irrespective of ur basic salary), no medical from company side, poor expenses limits with respect to other competitive brands.

Lala ji company style...one has to keep lala ji happy more to stay in the system....lala ji hear about you from multiple people and will do what your area manager says .9.30am to 7.30pm 6days working.

Goldmedal Electricals at Vijayawada, AP divisional office, working here is superb, i have learned lots of things and fellowship persons and Senior persons are super supportive. Handling the Credit note issue and returns and replacements of goods management. Every things is good here

Starting salary for Highly educated persons and experience persons from other companies no hike at all, in some circumstances they are telling if you do not have goldmedal Electricals relevant experience you can not expect a starting hike as a experience holder. But they hike your salary very good manner every years do not need to switch.

they are is in initial level nothing they know about corporate ,no work life balance,no good salary,management has no power,the agents of branches are the head and owners they have all rights ,recruitment and fired the employees like the employees and nuts for them 👎

Women are not safe in all vasai depo hod harrasement and demanding, any girl or women please don't join in account department hod is very bad treated and Black mailer I have 6 years experience in this company.

Hr is not supported 12 hrs duty to all men staff and every one faced many problems salary and others benefit for only chatu employe only.
