GS is very well paying organization where appraisal range from 15 to 30% on senior analyst/ associate level and bonus also ranges upto 30% of fixed. Firm culture is great and focus is towards better performance, connections and networking.

Dislikes

Firm is very aggressive for people's performance and the total headcount is low, hence work life balance is poor in GS. Job stability is low, and not very great for average performers.

The work is challenging and it forces you to learn and upskill everyday. People are really competitive and expectations are always very high.

Dislikes

Very little perks when compared to other competitors/companies. Pay is low at junior level and work is stressful sometimes.

Toxic work culture Promotion is based on favouritism of Team manager. Floor is divided in two parts Bangalore and Hyderabad. Bangalore people who are staying in Hyderabad yet hate Telangana people. Lot of micro management.
