To work in Goldi, you have to become a pawn of the seniors and if you do their personal work, you will get promotion. Otherwise, no matter how much work you do, nothing will happen...

I would not suggest or recommend anyone to join Goldi. You can be fired any day and for no reason. There is nothing i like. Wasted my time and energy
