A proper training is needed for the shift incharges and supervisors because they just abuse the production workers a lot, which pollutes the working environment and slow downs the production rate and increase the reworks. Higher position is given to under educated persons which also acffects the companies performance, an deserved person should be placed on higher position in each and every departments to improve the company's performance. Higher management are manipulated by the politics from their known persons and as a result hardworking person have to leave the jobs, undeserved team leaders just want the yes man in their teams, if any employees keep a stand against anything going wrong in the workplace they will be get fired soon with no surprises. If any worker is got injured during work no proper medical aid or treatment are provided by the comapny. Wages are also a key factor for people to change their jobs, which will result more trainings and reworks. I am sure goldi will do great but if little changes is done in the behaviours of the leaders will boost the performances to achieve the set goals prior. Wish team Goldi every success.
