Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Since u will be grilled and pressurised u will ultimately learn how to work in pressure Or will leave the organisation

Dislikes

List is too long. The staff retention ratio is so low cause of the worst working environment. F&F is not done properly. No work-life balance Management expects you to be at the hotel for long hours. Higher management harras and shout at staff for every other reasons.
