There is nothing to like, you have to do everything by yourself there is no team support, I have realized 4 employees on my position have changed their jobs in a year each has not to spend more than 3 months. During the lockdown, a 30% salary provided to me.

>> They will not give you a normal time to finish work. >> Impolite behavior with employees. >> Forcing to work extra time sometimes more than 10 hrs/day. >> You can't use the phone even for work.

Working culture is very bad. Owner of company behave with there employees very badly even some time he used bad words for employees. He don't give respect to employees even girls employees also. So join that company at your own risk.
