Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I have worked here for 3years and there is no any job security and this is entrepreneur office. Hence, whole and sole is one person who dominate everyone. There is only one boss and his old employee who is just like spoon of boss. Apart from this, if you want to learn something and stay for short period of time then this is best office. I wouldn't suggest anyone to work here for a long period of time.

No job security, no bonus, boss never fulfill his commitments, bad behaviour of boss towards his employees, abusive behaviour, there is no any policies or protocols.
