Management is very helpful. new items keep adding to the line that gives you good learning. Good incentive scheme on achieving targets apart from annual appraisals. Healthy relationship between staff and workers.

More training programs need at each level of management for employees growth ( may be due to covid pandemic, restrictions it does not happened) As company is progressing on rapid pace, in coming times more facilities should be given, for example subsidies canteen/ transportation etc.

Company is good to work independently. I got chance to improve and expertise my skills. Collogues are very supportive and all treat each other like a family. Still there are some scope to improve as well like technology advancement, seminars for employees training and skill developments. Overall GPL is best place to work for long term. We celebrate all the festivals with joy. Professional & personal life balance is the highlight in the organization.

Office Tea. Small staff welfare activities should improve on daily basis.

For accounts and finance department my work purchase,sales, cash, journal entries ,gstr return,gstr 1 ,3 b also and inventory valuation , also stock monthly match . Tally ERP 9.0 software, and SAP Working in AP/AR journal gstr report prepaid , inventory report prepaid .

No growth to deserving, only working harder all the time without getting good payment, but for those with link with Higer ups can get awesome increments.

This company is in its early stage of System and process enhancements. They are continuously trying to figure out how the system and process can be improved. I hope Company shall have a perfect Working system in a very near future.
