Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing... Worst company ever seen...No Management... Everything is looked by MD...NO SUPPORT BY COMPANY...

Dislikes

Worst company I've ever seen.. Salary never on time.. U never know when MD start abusing you like anything or he can raise hand ... No job security.... Salary will be deducted on mood of MD...

Likes

Nothing due to boss is beggar and cheap mindset. Inside officially no decoram and no ethical behaviour to all of them.

Dislikes

Physically and mentally harrasment every time. Non sense fines penalty charges tag to employees. I think owners and managers are mentally physco sick really telling you.

There is all things good but technical knowledge are not much more, You can just start our career and learn and developed our skill , like as AutoCAD, Solid work, catea , proe , and also inhanne our instrument knowledge like as verma, micrometer, hightgage , profile testing knowledge, contur measuring instrument . And also know the documental knowledge like as 7QC Tool , 5S, and other quality related documentation.

The working in Golden Locks was learning experience for me. I learnt various things about operation of an industry. How the quality of products may be maintained for the quality products. I learnt to store finished product in a proper way so that we may easily found desired product.
