If u are new in uae It's good for taking the experience

Dislikes

Overall very bad experience, no vacation no bonus no sick leave and in interview they said my salery is 1300 but in agreement only 700. Last month am sick and I had corona. I take 10 days leave but they cut the 10 days money from my salery

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
