Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

I had joined Gold plus glass in June 2019. Gold plus is India’s fast test growing glass industry . Right now gold plus is second largest manufacturer of float glass in India . Top management is very much supportive in any situation. Company culture is good for all beginners and experience personal also . This is my second company in glass industry , and as per my experience this is much better then others.

Lots of opportunities in many fields are here. Talent and creativity are honoured. Management is visionary and they are very polite, they listen to the issues patiently and then take decision on the basis of their knowledge to the matter, so job security is good here.
