Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No any documents and no salary slip so that you claim that you are employees of this company. When you leave this company that time they didn't say anything but when time to release salary then they are saying more thing and finally no release salary

Honestly, i liked nothing. It's just, it helped me in gaining knowledge because of the work pressure they put on me. I was a fresher and because of the Director of the company i was the only accountant in the company keeping track of all the money coming in and going out of the company like monthly reports, petty cash claims, vendor payments, tower & repeater payments, salary, GST, customer payments, cash & online transactions. I was the only one in the company keeping track all of this and and this helped me learn alot.
