Lot of micro-management. Narcissistic managers who have zero manners. Expect you to work all the time in the name of flexible timings. There is literally no culture - it’s a facade. I’d request anyone who plans to join, to run for their lives.

Long working hours They fire without notice period, and wont even care to pay any severance. (They fired a lot of peoples). Shit managers, only taking credits and blaming peoples. And one specially particular thing i observed out here was you can become reason of some problem somewhere out of blue.

The recruiters gives you terrible week full of task to complete . Get technical team get jeoloud of your fluent english and technicality and how you achieved the task in 4 hour instead of 4 days LOL Candidates are there to show you how to work. Not here to help you in your on project scratch to end then you don't hire them after that. BS reflag.

Gokwik offers opportunities to solve merchant problems across all sizes and personas. As a Product Manager, You're expected to own problem discovery, a bit of ideation and conceptualization, and end-to-end execution of a product lifecycle. Gokwik also allows you to learn about the Market sizing of your product works and think constructively about your POD's growth as you pick a problem statement.

Dislikes

The lack of a long-term product roadmap offers very little visibility on career growth and reflects less clarity of thought on the business line way forward. Lack of ownership among the cross-functional team becomes a roadblock to aiming for ambitious goals as a PM.

Likes

WFH is the key highlight. Flexible timing. Learning opportunities are more as the company is growing rapidly. Culture is best, doesn't feel like a working in an IT company.

Dislikes

Development team is working sometimes for more than 12 hours. Managers doesn't care if the employee is exausted, they are only focused on customer satisfaction to release their features as soon as possible.
