You can learn lot there and can able to handle any situation.Can able to face audits.

There is no Job security ,no safety equipments are provided .Even no first aid kit is available in shop floor. OILS and spills are not been discharged properly.There is an use of gas no proper design is done .There is no proper lead in the team . In

Good experience working here.. But the culture and the politics inside is worst worst worst worat ever i have seen

Politics.. Everwhere politics.. No id card given.. No proper rest room.. No proper light for night shift work.. No water available to drink.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
