...ge not much thinking about the employees, who are the main base for the company. The salary structure is very bad & growth is almost negligible. It is just like a training centre. Some team members are supportive & some are like politicians. In the name of infrastructure co is very poor.

excellent working culture. This is the only one company where you can give more work with less burden. Huge experience of senior you can get with ease and friendly. Really its a great place to work. I got 10 years knowledge from only 4years.

Yearly Personal growth in wealth is little less related to other. But experience getting from here is richest.............

Growing company, C & B policies are good for employees. Work culture is also good.

Employee attrition rate are high.training and development policies should be implemented.Need to focus on Grievance handling process.

The CEO of company is big idiot person that think is every come everybody and every things are come free this why the salary offering you like amount that you have been frustrated for working this idiot type of company
