..., at every appraisal cycle the company makes loss and salary hikes are cut down. The make dry promotion by just updating the job title with no hike. Micromanagement Strict office break policy, 2 breaks of 15 mins and 1 lunch break of 30 mins, and they monitor it.

I was interviewed by Somendra Sahai (description: baId weird looking) who couldn't put together a sentence in English properly. As soon as I saw his last name and the face, I knew he was either from Bihar, MP or Jharkhand, which is fine, but interviewers from these parts of the country usually ask scripted questions as they are not groomed to conduct interviews. There were no questions to understand my thought process or to gauge my analytical ability. He asked elementary questions for a Senior role. For example, for a question about user stories I answered that we usually keep them precise and to the point, as no one in 2025 writes "as a user, I want so and so, so that XYZ benefit", unless it's their first day at the job. He started arguing that it was not the case with him and he always writes the "whole" thing. Anyway, he was actively looking to discredit my abilities as it was one of those rare cases (in my case lol) when I knew that I know more than the interviewer. Since he was also a Business Analyst interviewing for the same role, there was no way he would have chosen a person with higher caliber and a better command over language.
