Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

The company is open with no aim for quality standards and no any good working environment for employees there is a very poor hr system, no skill development. No secure job life on any post. Very poor environment for working.

There is no competition environment and no career growth for any post, no yearly affragel, skill development is very poor, no presnal life matter while working in this company. I was work for this company for 1 years 14-16 hours per day in all 7 days without leave and it is very crutial days of my life I do not forget them.
