The work itself is good, and the shift timings are manageable, but the overall work culture is extremely toxic. There is a lack of teamwork and poor leadership, with seniors often feeling insecure about the growth of juniors, which hinders collaboration and creates a discouraging environment.

Dislikes

The worst part is the leadership. It is highly ineffective, lacks vision, and fails to inspire or guide the team. Leaders are more focused on maintaining control and suppressing juniors rather than fostering growth or collaboration. There’s no sense of teamwork, no transparency, and no effort to build a healthy work environment, making it incredibly demotivating for employees who want to grow and contribute meaningfully.
