I am working as a sales engineer in this company. Overall it's a good established organization. You will have to he self motivated and take your work as it's only for your self growth and learning. Guidence would not be provided at times. You will need to find your ways of working and give benifits to your company. Employees are good and helping.

...uld not appreciate the management in terms of package they provide to a fresher.you would not find any perks in your salary nor any other benifits. I would appreciate it they could provide few benifits for employees.
