After working with for many years no gratuity for employees.If any employee works for 19 years trust him instead of listening to new comers thats the bad thing. about management.If any employee spend is half life of his career with the organization then while taking any dicision against him management should take into consideration his past involvement and his efforts to achieve the goals.

Honestly, i didn't find disadvantage working in this company. although, sometime i find my team including me working late in the office but that too when we need to boost sales.

Goel Ganga Development is well known construction company in Pune. Not adopted new techniques of work/documentation/system improvement. But still dominate market on basis of experienced & skilled staff.

HR policies/process not updated yet. No trainings/events/medi claim/PF etc.

I am working as sales executive in goel ganga developments, my all GGD team is supportive, every time i learn new things, in the COVID19 they support like Family, we attained online training sessions through GGD team. Very friendly Environment in company, if you want to grow and learn new things than join this type of company.
