Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Regret to inform you that, this Company is not a good destination for honest and professional personal. Meanwhile for the new joiner this is a very pathetic place. The behavior of Site Manager is uncivilized and uncultured. Job security is zero. If you have any other option then it is best to stay away from this company.

I dislike working in goel because of 365 days of regular work. Atleast 20-30 days to be provided as a leave in a year so that the employees don't feel tired while working in goel.
