They recruited me on the condition that 3 months would be an internship with a 25k salary and then based on performance they provide hike of 6 lakhs, but nothing happened as per the JD, no hike was given and upon that, a 5k was deducted from my salary because the company has no funds. So much politics and no transparency with the employees. I cleared my internship and I was selected as a permanent employee but after 5 months I resigned from the company and they provided an internship certificate but not the experience certificate. Bad work culture and no structure for the company. It's a crime to ask for office timings because they expect us to work 24/7.
