Company policy good on paper but on site not get implemented and HR not involved in this, No job satisfaction as contractor are not capable to do work, In time must be 9.30 no out time No Saturday off as per company policy for operation team as site head want staff on site. But HR will not interfere in this matter.

Toxic work environment the manager there make you feel your are useless which affects your mental health and They character assassinate behind your back by commenting to other colleagues. In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

Issue is with the people working here People who are having experience of 5 and 10 years are the one to ruin the company. They do not allow new comers to settle. They kind of create a toxic environment and run a syndicate. Being a friend of the manager a receptionist is having more powers, we need to beg for tea coffee and snacks. She can lock the room doors she can even torture assistant manager. Now my team people are not even going inside the reception. The entire company is ruined.
